Press Office

The Press Office at the Royal Norfolk Show is a focused, energetic environment, bringing together journalists and media professionals from across East Anglia and beyond.

Due to the high volume of press accreditation applications for the Royal Norfolk Show, we are unable to accommodate every request. All applicants will be notified by Friday 11th June 2027 as to whether their application has been successful.

Successful applicants will receive a press pass and parking pass and will be required to sign in at the Media Centre upon arrival at the Show.

The Press Office will be available throughout the Show, with catalogues and daily schedules provided for accredited press. Lunch and afternoon tea vouchers will also be available from the Press Office.

If your application is unsuccessful, you are still welcome to attend the Royal Norfolk Show by purchasing a Show ticket:

Applications

Press accreditation is limited and submitting an application, does not automatically guarantee that a press pass will be issued.

Photographers and film crews commissioned or employed by trade stands, exhibitors or commercial organisations are not eligible for press accreditation and must purchase a Show ticket.

Accredited photographers and film crews working in the judging rings and Main Ring must ensure that they do not obstruct, disrupt or delay proceedings. All media personnel are expected to follow the instructions of Royal Norfolk Show stewards and event staff at all times.

A strong Wi-fi connection is provided to media representatives.

Refreshment vouchers are provided upon arrival to the Press Room.
