Battle of the Bands

This year saw the return of Battle of the Bands to the New Noise! stage at the Royal Norfolk Show.

In collaboration with Play Produce Promote, Access Creative College and Pica Pica, Pica Pica!, New Noise! hosted by the Norfolk & Suffolk Music Hub, is an initiative to showcase the younger musical talent from across Norfolk.

Judged by Girls Aloud star Nicola Roberts and vocal coach Mark De-Lisser, eleven acts took to the stage to showcase their amazing talent.

“We try and give young people a real-life performance opportunity with sound and lighting engineers,” said Tim Brain, Norfolk Music Hub strategic development manager. “I think it’s such an uplifting experience for young people… That’s what the music hub is all about. ”
